She is a Member/Arbitrator of the Industrial Arbitration Panel specialising in Industrial Relations and Labour and Employment issues. She is a member of the International Bar Association, Section on Buisness Law; Nigerian Bar Association, a recipient of the Alumnus of the year award of the Law Faculty University of Lagos. She has practiced in other jurisdictions giving her a broad and balanced perspective.
